Your privacy comes first
Your questionnaire answers never leave your browser — we do not store them, email them, or pass them to analytics or advertising tools. Results are never shown publicly or placed in web addresses. If you choose to leave your contact details, we keep only the minimum needed to follow up: your name, contact info, which self-check you took, your overall result category, and your consent. See our Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
Is this self-check a diagnosis?
No. Every tool here is an educational screening — a structured way to reflect on how you or your child have been doing. Only a qualified mental health professional can make a clinical assessment, through proper consultation.
What happens after I complete a self-check?
You immediately see a gentle result category with suggested next steps. Nothing is sent anywhere. If you wish, you can then ask us to contact you, or book a consultation directly.
Will my answers be private?
Yes. Your individual answers are processed in your browser only — they are never stored, never sent to our server, and never shared with any third-party tool. If you choose to leave your contact details, we receive only your name, contact information, which self-check you took and the overall result category.
Should I book a psychologist after taking the self-check?
If your result suggests moderate or higher concern — or if something simply feels off, whatever the score — a consultation is a safe, low-pressure way to talk it through. You are welcome to book even with a low score.
Can I use this for my child?
Yes — the Parent & Child Concern Self-Check is designed for parents and caregivers to complete about their child. The ADHD readiness checklist can also be completed by a parent on behalf of a child.
What should I do if I am in crisis?
Please contact a crisis service now rather than using this website: Talian Kasih 15999 or Befrienders KL 03-7956 8145 (both 24 hours), or call 999 in an emergency. We are not a 24-hour crisis service.
Can I send my results to BeLive?
Yes — after your result appears, you can leave your contact details and we will receive your overall result category (never your individual answers) so our team can suggest a suitable next step.
